Accuracy: Be skeptical. Does the information seem accurate? Misspellings or poor grammar? Mistakes? Extreme statements?
Currency: How current is the information? Is it dated? When was the website last updated?
Author: Whose website is this? How do you know? If you don't know, go to:
Purpose: What is the website's purpose? to sell you something? to persuade you? to inform you? How do you know?
Or: CRAAP
